Conclusion: The efficacy of sodium hypochlorite in killing Mycobacterium chelonei detected by 2 methods was significantly different and the dosage of available chlorine required in suspension quantitative method was higher than that in carrier quantitative method. 结论,两种方法检测次氯酸钠对龟分枝杆菌杀灭效果有明显差异,悬液定量法所需有效氯剂量比载体定量法高。
